The Restaurant Associates culinary team is led by Sebastien Lutaud, our culinary creative director. Australian born of French origin, Sebastien brings a wealth of international experience to the team having worked at prestigious Michelin star restaurants in France and London with world renowned chefs Oliver Elzer, Brett Graham and Patrick Henriroux, Locally, Sebastien has worked as Co-head Chef at Felix bistro and with respected talents Tetsuya Wakuda, Tony Bilson and Sean Connolly.
Immersed in the global food culture, RA enjoy long-standing creative partnerships with world-renowned celebrity chefs, so guests at any of our tables get the best of emerging food trends as well as impeccably crafted well-loved classics. And to ensure we stay at the forefront of contemporary cuisine, we continually share ideas, innovation and best practice with our London and New York teams.
