Via our global Compass network, we collaborate with Michelin starred culinary luminaries including Albert Roux, Michel Roux Junior and Gary Rhodes– who partner alongside Compass Chefs around the world.

In Australia, our partnerships have included Sean Connolly, Guy Grossi and Giovanni Pilu, collaborating on menu design and concept development at several properties.
