  The Position

  We are seeking a Commercial Analyst to join our friendly, professional team at our Perth office. The Commercial Analyst is responsible for assisting our Remote sites with general administration tasks, billing, processing accounts, maintaining systems and procedures and meeting deadlines whilst providing top level service to our internal and external customers.

  Key duties

  • Provide support to our Remote sites
  • To be the escalation point and provide problem solving advice to the Remote team
  • Assist with Billing for site 
  • Technical payment processes as required
  • Manage and support suppliers for monthly reconciliations
  • Provide reports to the business as requested
  • Daily use if Inflight (INX)

  The Person

  • High level customer service skills
  • Experience using INX is desirable
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Oracle experience preferred but not essential
  • Experience using Paperless systems.
  • Skilled organizer
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
