We are currently looking to appoint an innovative and passionate Executive Chef to lead our team based in the Sydney CBD, and oversee operations interstate. The sites are high end corporate environments.
The Position
We are currently looking to appoint an innovative and passionate Executive Chef to lead our hard-working kitchen team based in Sydney, and also sites located in Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for planning, execution and efficiency of our production logistics for both our onsite and offsite catering.
As the Executive Chef, you will take ownership of the culinary operation and lead by example in all areas including supporting and promoting “Our Safety Culture” framework. You will have a strong interest in food trends, innovation and be able to ‘flick the switch’ between running a tight commercial operation, motivating the team and executing an outstanding catering output.
