We are currently seeking experienced, and passionate Cooks to work at a variety of remote sites across WA.  You’ll be at the forefront of the Compass workforce and you’ll be the key to providing high quality and nutritious food to our clients’ staff. 

This is an exciting and rewarding field of work with real benefits, we are offering both casual and full-time positions on flexible rosters to suit your lifestyle.  You’ll have the opportunity to work in all aspects of food preparation from Breakfasts to Site Events. 

The Person

To be successful in these roles you’ll need:

• Solid experience in a similar role
• Outstanding food safety knowledge
• The capacity to work night shifts as necessary
• The ability to work either a 5/2/4/3 or a 2/1 roster as required
• Proven experience working in a ‘buffet service’ environment
• A manual driving licence is preferred but not essential

With all roles, you’ll need the ability to work well under pressure, have strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities, together with outstanding attention to detail.
