We are looking to onboard an experienced Head/Executive Chef who can lead a culinary team to deliver “on trend” menu’s that focus on locally sourced and sustainable produce. This is a role that allows you to showcase your talents across the function, a la carte and retail space.
There is an opportunity to move into a more senior, multi-site position as operations increase in volume.
